Laura Wiper has been active in the horse community for over 25 years as an owner, rider and trainer. Her involvement with horses has included a diverse assortment of breeds: from Icelandics, Haflingers and Fjords to Quarter Horses, Thoroughbreds, Warmbloods, Arabians and Draft Crosses. Laura has competition experience in a variety of disciplines. As a hunter/jumper rider she qualified for numerous regional equitation finals as a junior and competed in the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association regional and zone finals as an adult. She is currently competing in open local dressage schooling shows and on the Region 16 Arabian circuit. Her more recent interests also include carriage driving and arena driving trials. In addition to her massage practice Laura also works at a privately owned barn in Lincoln, Massachusetts. She enjoys trail rides on an ornery 24 year old Fjord mare and pleasure driving with her favorite Icelandic. Laura is a member of numerous clubs and organizations including: The American Driving Society, the United States Equestrian Federation, and the International Association of Animal Massage and Bodywork. Laura and Whole Horse Bodyworks are fully insured.
